I was commissioned by VLAM, Flanders’ Agricultural Marketing Board, to develop, style and photograph 4 recipes featuring milk as a main ingredient. I shared these recipes, as well as the stories connected to them on my blog les filles de madeleine.
As a proper sweet tooth, I opted for breakfast and dessert dishes, ranging from very simple to more complex:
• lemon ricotta pancakes with gingered strawberries
• earl grey & blueberry tres leches cake
• cardamom brown sugar crème caramel
• choux craquelin with blackcurrant crème pâtissière & vanilla bean whipped cream
