I have some sad news.
We had our final, proper, baking class of the year this week. Only a company visit and an exam are left on the agenda. After that, we'll be left to our own devices for a couple of months. Lucky that I already have some exciting baking plans lined up for the summer.

My weekend was all about my beautiful little niece Seraphine, who was baptized yesterday. I spent Saturday baking cakes for her party and I got to enjoy a sunny Sunday among family, celebrating in my brother's amazing garden. Good times. Good food.
